Özhan Dölen, born in 1938 in Eskisehir where he went to primary school as well,  continued his education at Karşıyaka High School in İzmir.

He gratuated in 1960 from METU Ankara, Mechanical Engineering Department and afterwards had his master degree on subject, Heating and Airconditioning.

He started his career working at Gama ve Desa Companies. As of 1968, worked as a consultant, making projects on demand. He established his own firm in 1980, named “Teknik Tesisat Ltd. Şti -  Techinal Installation Company" where, he served for installatons of mechanics at factories and industrial associations.

Due to his health problem, he started to serve as consultant only after 1991.
